DMCA Policy

At AffDays.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on AffDays.com infringes your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA notification to us with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL).
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district in which the service provider may be found.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
